Terms of Service

NoSite gives registered users access to a shared pool of small-business leads that appear not to have a website, and lets them unlock contact details and hold leads exclusively for a time. It is provided by nosite.app to businesses and professionals, not to consumers.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account; API or automated access is permitted only through the interfaces we publish for it.

Credits are purchased in packs and never expire. One credit reveals one lead's contact details; re-revealing a lead you already unlocked is free. Credits are a licence to use the service, not money, and are not refundable once purchased, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Unused credits are forfeited if your account is closed for breach.

Claims hold a lead exclusively for 30 days: while a claim is active no other user can reveal or claim that lead. A claim is a lease, not ownership; when it lapses the lead returns to the pool and you keep any contact details you unlocked.

Lead data is provided as found on public sources at the time of collection. We do not guarantee that any business is reachable, interested, or still without a website; a business that is later found to have a website may be withdrawn from the pool without refund of credits already spent on it.

Use revealed contact details only to offer the business your own web-development or related services, in compliance with applicable law and the rules of the platform you contact them on. You may not resell, publish or share lead data, scrape or bulk-export the pool, circumvent credit charges, or use the service to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing messages.

Media packs. For a revealed lead you may download a pack of that business's public Instagram photos and videos. This is a convenience for one lead at a time, not a licence: the media remains the property of the business that posted it, and NoSite grants you no rights in it. Use a pack only to prepare a proposal, mock-up or demo site for that same business, and delete it if they decline. You may not republish, redistribute or resell the media, use it for any other business, use it to train models, or use packs to assemble a media archive of the pool.

NoSite's software, design and compilation of the pool are ours. Business names and content - including any photos or videos in a media pack - remain the property of the businesses concerned; NoSite claims no rights in them and passes none to you.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, prices and credit packs. Purchased credits keep their value in reveals. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, in which case unused credits may be forfeited.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are subject to its courts, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.
